All uploaded group photographs are utilized strictly for localized facial alignment layout generation and are programmatically scrubbed and permanently deleted from our active cloud server caches within 24 hours.

2. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our service: your account email (for authentication and billing), the group photograph you upload, and basic usage metadata required to enforce fair billing limits.
3. How We Use Your Data
Uploaded photographs are used solely to generate your requested cinematic group poster. They are processed inside a closed, ephemeral pipeline and are never used for model training, facial recognition databases, advertising, or any purpose beyond rendering your order.
4. Data Retention
Raw uploads and intermediate render assets are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Final purchased poster thumbnails may be retained until you delete your account or request removal. Billing records are retained for legal and tax obligations.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@realmswap.site. We will process verifiable requests in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our service evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.
