2. User-Generated Text, Captions, and Acceptable Use

Users retain sole responsibility, authorship, and legal ownership for any custom text, movie titles, cast credit modifications, or caption bubbles typed into the RealmSwap generation canvas glass. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform to generate content that is defamatory, slanderous, libelous, harassing, invasive of privacy, or in violation of any third party's right of publicity, trademark, or likeness.

3. Indemnification Shield Cluster

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RealmSwap Studios, its founder, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, third-party lawsuits, damages, losses, liabilities, and legal defense costs (including full attorney fees) arising directly or indirectly out of your use of the application, your generated posters, or your breach of these acceptable use terms.

4. Designated Complaint Agent (Canadian Notice & Takedown)

RealmSwap Studios operates as a passive intermediary and enforces a strict notice-and-takedown protocol. If you believe any content generated via this utility violates your copyright or constitutes civil defamation, please submit a formal removal request containing the specific details to our designated compliance channel immediately at support@realmswap.site. Valid claims will be processed and removed within 24 hours. Offending accounts will be terminated without refund.

5. Unauthorized Likeness, Celebrity, and Third-Party Restrictions

RealmSwap Studios enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the unauthorized processing of human likenesses.

A. CELEBRITY & PUBLIC FIGURES PROHIBITION: You are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, or processing the face, image, or likeness of any celebrity, public figure, professional athlete, politician, media personality, or prominent individual whose publicity rights are commercially protected.

B. UNKNOWN PERSONS & CONSENT REQUIREMENT: You certify that you possess explicit, verified, lawful consent from every single real-world person whose photo is uploaded into your squad rendering session. You are strictly forbidden from uploading images of strangers, acquaintances, or unknown individuals who have not authorized you to process their biometric features.

C. ENFORCEMENT & REMEDIES: RealmSwap Studios reserves the right to screen, inspect, and permanently delete any generation that violates celebrity or privacy rights without notice. Any user who breaches this section will face immediate, permanent account termination, forfeiture of all pre-paid rendering credits without refund, and potential exposure to direct civil litigation from the affected parties. RealmSwap Studios will fully cooperate with all law enforcement and corporate compliance subpoenas regarding identity misuse.

6. Minors and Child Privacy Protections

You are strictly prohibited from uploading the photograph, biometric face data, or likeness of any individual under the age of majority (18 years of age in British Columbia) unless you are the absolute legal parent or authorized legal guardian of said minor, or possess explicit written signature consent from the minor's legal guardians. Breach of this section results in immediate, permanent account termination.

7. Intellectual Property and Trademark Compliance

When utilizing the custom title builder, cast credit matrices, and draggable caption overlays, you are strictly prohibited from inputting registered trademarks, protected brand names, studio franchises (e.g., Marvel, Disney, Star Wars), or copyrighted text phrases owned by third-party entities. RealmSwap Studios does not claim ownership over user-generated text inputs, and you agree to bear sole legal liability for any intellectual property infringement claims arising from your custom titles.

8. Personal, Non-Commercial Entertainment Use Only

All poster renderings, digital files, and image downloads generated via RealmSwap Studios are granted under a strict, limited, personal, non-commercial license for individual entertainment, social media sharing, and memory-keeping use only. You are explicitly forbidden from utilizing generated posters for paid corporate advertisements, commercial product endorsements, retail merchandise manufacturing, or any business marketing activity without executing a separate, written enterprise commercial licensing agreement with RealmSwap Studios.
